| Description: | YogaWorks' Center for Yoga is nestled in the heart of the historic Larchmont Village, surrounded by coffee houses, restaurants and unique specialty stores. This intriguing, peaceful studio, was once a Masonic temple. It was Los Angeles' first yoga studio and was founded as 'The Center For Yoga' in 1967 by Ganga White before joining forces with YogaWorks in 2004. In addition to its historic structure, high ceilings and spacious asana rooms, the Center offers changing rooms, complimentary tea, and a wonderful boutique filled with yoga inspired clothes and books. The Center for Yoga specializes in offering high quality classes for beginners to experienced students alike. Our teachers take pride in helping each student form a solid foundation from which to grow and embrace the lifelong study of yoga. |
